Autumn Track Sessions Nov and Dec 2022

€20 covers all 8 Wednesdays (€2.50 per session) from 2nd Nov to 21st December 2022. We usually meet at the doorway of the Watershed at 7:45 pm in time to join a warmup on local roads, before arriving back at the track for 8pm for drills / strides and then the main set.
