KTC Couch to Dualtlon 2024 New Member Program

Club Training
Track: Wednesdays 20:00, Watershed, Kilkenny (first session 7th February).
Structured training session with James Ledingham. This will be an interval session with periods of varying intensity and recovery periods.

Brick: Sundays 9.30, Back of Meubles, Kilkenny (first session 11th February).
Structured training session with Ivan McMahon. This will involve a run, cycle, run, increasing the distances over time.

The 2024 KTC duathlon takes place in the Castle park on the 7th of April. It consists of a 5km run, 20km bike and 3km run. Mandatory kit are a road worthy bike, a helmet and a pair of runners, Lycra not compulsory.
