RUN TRAINING

Our Running training takes place on the track in The Watershed and coached by Eoin Molloy. All levels and ability are catered for.
TIME & PLACE – Wednesdays, 7.45pm, The Watershed, Kilkenny

SWIM TRAINING

The Club organise several Swimming sessions each week with Inna Koucka in the 25m pool in the Watershed.
TIME & PLACE – Tuesdays, 8.00pm, and Thursdays, 7:30pm, 8.15pm and 9.00pm. The Watershed, Kilkenny

The Club also organise a river swim in the river Nore throughout the Summer with full Lifeguard support.
TIME & PLACE – Commences April/May. The Boat slip, Canal Walk, Kilkenny
COST –  Free for members. Subject to weather/river conditions. Please keep an eye on our Facebook group for details.

BRICK TRAINING

Brick training is a training session that combines both running and cycle training in one session and also covers the transitions between each discipline.
TIME & PLACE – Commences in Spring. Behind Meubles, Kilkenny Retail Park, Smithlands, Kilkenny.
